2016年国家开发银行校园招聘公告
概 况
国家开发银行成立于1994年，是中国政府的开发性金融机构，致力于以中长期投融资服务国家战略。国开行有“两基一支”(基础设施、基础产业、支柱产业)、民生金融、国际合作、综合经营四大特色业务板块，是中国中长期投融资和新型城镇化的骨干银行、最大的对外投融资合作银行，以及全球最大的开发性金融机构。国开行目前在中国内地设有37家一级分行和3家二级分行，境外设有香港分行和开罗、莫斯科、里约热内卢、加拉加斯、伦敦等5家代表处。截至2015年6月底，国开行资产规模达10.6万亿元，不良贷款率连续41个季度低于1%，保持优良的市场业绩。

国开行是我国“两基一支”建设的主力银行，支持了三峡工程、南水北调、西气东输、国家石油储备、京九铁路、京沪高铁、首钢搬迁、北京奥运场馆、上海世博会基础设施等一大批国家重大项目建设。1998年以来，国开行将业务领域拓展到城市基础设施，不断从大城市向中小城市、县域延伸，助力中国城市化发展。
推动民生金融创新的银行
国开行致力于推动普惠金融，探索以批发的方法解决千家万户的融资难题，加大对棚户区改造、“三农”、教育、小微企业以及扶贫开发等社会薄弱环节和民生领域的支持力度，使金融成果更好地惠及普通民众。2014年，国开行成立住宅金融事业部，全年发放棚改贷款4086亿元，占银行业九成份额，全年发放助学贷款147亿元，累计支持学生1200万人次，连续九年获人民网“人民社会责任奖”。
最大的对外投融资合作银行
国开行以市场化手段开展国际合作业务，积极参与“一带一路”战略规划，为实现我国与合作国多方共赢发挥了重要作用。倡导设立上海合作组织银联体，牵头组建中国-东盟银联体，推动加强金砖国家银行合作机制，为中国与世界搭建起金融交流的重要纽带和桥梁。截至2014年底，国际业务贷款3198亿美元，外汇贷款余额占全国金融机构外汇贷款余额29%，继续保持中国最大的对外投融资银行地位。

China Development Bank
Overview
Established in 1994, China Development Bank (CDB) is the Chinese government's leading development finance institution. CDB deploys medium- and long-term financing in service of national development strategies, through a combination of infrastructure and basic/pillar industries investments, social program financing, international cooperation, and full-service banking. CDB has emerged as the financial backbone of medium- and long-term investment and urbanization in China; it is the largest cross-border financier in the country and the largest development finance institution in the world.
CDB currently operates its businesses through its headquarters in Beijing, 37 tier-one branches and three second-tier branches located across China, an offshore branch in Hong Kong, and five representative offices in Cairo, Moscow, Rio de Janeiro, Caracas, and London.
CDB continues to maintain its outstanding performance, with total assets amounting to RMB10.6 trillion and NPL ratio less than 1% for 41 consecutive quarters as of the end of June 2015.

As the leading bank for infrastructure and basic/pillar industries financing, CDB has financed a host of major national projects, including the Three Gorges Dam, the cross-country water diversion and natural gas distribution projects, national oil storage facilities, the Beijing-Kowloon railway, the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, relocation of Shougang steel plant, the Beijing Olympic Games venues and infrastructures for Shanghai Expo.
Since 1998, CDB has broadened its coverage to include municipal infrastructure beyond the developed metropolitan areas, supporting urbanization in smaller cities and towns across China.
A Champion of Financial Inclusion
Committed to financial inclusion, CDB has explored solutions to financing difficulties of individuals and households through wholesale banking. CDB is deepening its commitment to public welfare through increased investments in urban renewal of rundown districts, agricultural development and rural infrastructure, education, SME lending, and poverty alleviation.
In 2014, CDB established a dedicated housing finance business division, issuing RMB 408.6 billion in urban renewal loans and ending the year with a 90% market share. Student loan of RMB14.7 billion was disbursed to support 12 million students in the year of 2014. CDB's support for social initiatives has earned the bank the People's Daily Online People's Social Responsibility Award every year for nine years running.
China's Top Cross-border Financier
CDB's market-driven approach to international business has played an important role in promoting mutually beneficial cooperation between China and its partner countries. CDB is an active participant in the strategic planning of China’s regional integration initiatives such as the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, and is a leading advocate for the establishment and growth of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Inter-bank Association, the China-ASEAN Inter-bank Association, and the BRICS Inter-bank Cooperation Mechanism. These cooperative platforms play an important role in bridging China and the world at large through effective financial exchange.
As of the end of 2014, with US$ 319.8 billion outstanding in international loans accounting for 29% of all foreign currency loans issued by Chinese lenders, CDB continues to be China's leading cross-border financier.

二、招聘范围
1. 境内全日制普通高等院校本科及以上学历应届毕业生(定向和委培生除外)，2016年7月31日前毕业，获得国家认可的2016年度就业报到证、毕业证和学位证。
2. 初次就业的海外院校留学归国人员，在2015年6月至2016年6月期间取得学位证书，并于2016年9月30日前取得国家教育部的学历学位认证(报考总行、北京分行及在京子公司的非京籍毕业生，在国外实际学习天数须满360天，在国外实际学习天数不含假期归国时间和前往第三国时间)。
3. 最终获得我行录用资格的毕业生，须满足上述条件并按时完成入职报到，否则视为本人自动放弃录用资格，国开行不承担任何责任。
三、基本条件
1. 具有中华人民共和国国籍。
2. 遵纪守法，诚实守信，具有良好的个人品质，无违规违纪行为。
3. 品学兼优，思维活跃，具有较强的学习和创新能力。
4. 乐观进取，善于沟通，具有良好的团队协作精神。
5. 身体健康，五官端正，具有较好的仪表和气质。
四、报名须知
1. 本次招考包括国家开发银行总行、37家分行及3家控股子公司。报名时间为2015年11月2日-11月20日，统一采取网上报名方式，不接受其他形式的报名。详情请登陆我行门户网站(http://www.cdb.com.cn)。
2. 应聘者登陆报名系统，输入18位身份证号(第二代居民身份证)，在线填写个人资料。每位应聘者可选报2个单位，已报单位不能修改，请慎重考虑后报名。在提交简历前，可多次登陆报名系统修改个人资料，提交简历后，个人资料将无法再修改。同时，请务必牢记报名账号。
3. 应聘者务必保证提交的联系方式(包括E-mail邮箱、手机号码等)正确无误，并确保通讯畅通。
4. 应聘者应对填写内容的真实性负责，如与事实不符，我行有权取消其录用资格。
5. 报名过程中如出现技术问题，请致电010-58635888。
6. 笔试将于2015年12月中旬在全国11个城市统一组织实施(具体时间以准考证为准)，应聘者在申请职位时应选择笔试城市。提交简历后，笔试城市将无法再修改。具体招聘条件、工作地点及招聘要求，详见各单位招聘公告。
